BoldonFarmhousePantry

William Brewis catered for his sister's wedding some twenty years ago, after which his flair for creative cooking was discovered! Wedding guests suggested to William that he may enjoy more success as a caterer than he was currently as a farmer!

The first order arrived as a result of 'that' wedding and working from a spare kitchen in his parents farm, 'Boldon Farmhouse Pantry' was established. Providing a fine catering service, with no job too small, the business soon found a loyal client base in the North East region with expansion and relocation on the menu.

Alan Dagless joining the company was timely, as catering for the 1993 Tall Ships Race was no mean feat! The success of catering for this event brought much business from the Newcastle region prompting Boldon Farmhouse Pantry's move to Newcastle. Relocating to Jesmond proved to be a recipe for success, convenient for the work we do in Newcastle and in easy reach of our customers south of the Tyne and in the Northumberland and Durham areas.

We pride ourselves on being able to offer a bespoke catering service. Nothing is too much trouble and we enjoy a challenge take for example the Socio-Linguistic Symposium held in Newcastle in 2004 -providing catering four times a day for 400 international delegates over three days!

As for the original company name; everybody knows us as Boldon Farmhouse Pantry and as we don't advertise - it's our history! So after twenty years in the business let's toast the continuing success of Boldon Farmhouse Pantry.
